At JB Trading, the payment process is easy and clear. Here you can read how to handle the payment as easily as possible.
With us you may pay per bank transaction. You can also pay per pin transaction. A cash payment is also possible.
The payment is only approved if the money is in the bank account of JB Trading. In many cases there is little or no time between the transfer and receipt of the payment. In some cases, (international) transactions require a little extra time.
Unfortunately, we cannot start the delivery or transport if the payment is not received.
If we ask you for your data from the Chamber of Commerce, we would like a copy of the extract from your Chamber of Commerce registration. This extract may not be older than 1 year.
To be able to put a truck in your name, we need your identification. The following credentials are accepted:
We need certain information to ensure that the invoice is in the correct name. We need this information:
The Registration Certificate is a document in credit card format (registration card). This is sent after the vehicle has been transferred.
When you put it in your name you will receive the first part of the vehicle registration code. With the license plate card that is sent, you will receive the second part of the code. The entire vehicle registration code is required to transfer the vehicle to another name.
The above only applies to sales within the Netherlands. With international sales you will receive an export document.
Are you driving by truck to a country outside of Europe? Then you need an export document. You will receive this from us after purchasing the truck. It is important that we know at what border you expect to leave Europe. At that national border you have this document electronically signed off. It proves that the truck is no longer in Europe.
If discussed, we deliver a truck with delivery maintenance. This is not standard.
If you wish, we include the following with the delivery:
Austrian export license plates are used for vehicles that go abroad and do not qualify for a Dutch export license plate. This is for example the case with French trucks that do not have a (valid) license plate.
If you need an Austrian export license plate, you can arrange it yourself. In most cases we can also do it for you. We then need the following:
A unique code that is associated with a Registration Certificate. We call this the Vehicle Registration Code. This code consists of 9 digits. You will receive the first part of the code when transferring. The second part is received with the registration certificate that the RDW sends you.
The above only applies to sales within the Netherlands. With international sales you will receive an export document.
CMR is an international agreement on road transport that stays within the border or that crosses borders. CMR stands for: Convention Relative au Contrat de Transport International de Marchandises par Route (Convention for the International Transport of Merchandise by Road)
This agreement simply means that the carrier is responsible for the freight from the moment of receipt until the moment of delivering the merchandise.
You sign a form that indicates that you have received the merchandise. You will then receive a copy of this.
A transport declaration is an additional proof for the Dutch Tax Authorities that goods have actually been transported. This statement is used within the Netherlands, within the EU and outside the EU.
With this statement we can deliver goods with 0% VAT:
This document is used for shipping goods. The truck is delivered to the shipper. After the truck is loaded on board and the ship is on its way, the Bill of Lading is made. The Bill of Lading is then sent to the address specified by the customer.
This allows the new owner to prove that he is the rightful owner in the port of destination. Only with this document does he get the truck.
By shipping information we mean all data that relates to transport by water. Think of the name of the shipping company, date of departure, expected date of arrival and the like.
